Indyrok Media is about the incredible music that is secretly made everyday!

Right now there is a band or solo artist practicing that would blow your mind- that is what we are bringing to you.

Think about the last band you discovered- there are more gems out there!

We provide a green distribution model for music, record and promote unique musical talents and organize events.  Spark A Revolution Performance Party and the Inaugural Celebration are two events in 2009 co-produced by Indyrok Media. 
Indyrok Media is all about music and the people who make it.  We are about original artists being able to make their music available for sale- or not, and having control over their art.  Getting the music out there- that is where Indyrok Media thrives.
Ambient recording is also a big factor for Indyrok- just listen to Bil Whitefeather's first CD which was recorded in a natural setting outside on a forested hilltop.  Lakota-style flute is best enjoyed as a part of nature, and this recording will bring that to you. 

We are also involved with ethnomusicology projects.  If you need a professional recording of an event that takes place in a remote or difficult location, contact us!  We are looking forward to the release of Helgar Oomkes ethnomusicology project of recordings along the
Ganges River in India titled "The Elegance of India" slated for a 2009-2010 release.
